If you receive a Centrelink pension, then you may be eligle to apply for the Rent Assistance Scheme.

Currently the maximum amount that centrelink provides under the Rent Assistance Scheme is $52.00 per week towards your site fees. This is in addition to the amount you already receive in your standard pension.

Even if you receive only a part pension, then you will still recieve the full amount of rent assistance.

If your fees were $120 per week, then after the maximum centrelink payment, you would only be paying $70 out of pocket expenese for your site fees. Now that's incredible Value!
