Increases in line with CPI are automatically granted. Any increase in the fees beyond this amount can come under the scrutiny of the Residential Parks Division of the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT) who are empowered to protect the rights of all residents in NSW.

The CTTT can void any increase it deems excessive. This ensures that each resident has a voice outside the Village to air any concerns that they may have, either now or in the future.
